Indian region ISO codes update

This PR updates the India ISO codes in data/iso3166-2.json to match the current https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/ISO_3166-2:IN standard from Wikipedia.

Changes Made

Updated ISO codes:

• Telangana: TG → TS
• Odisha: OR → OD
• Chhattisgarh: CT → CG
• Uttarakhand: UL → UK
• Dadra and Nagar Haveli: DN → DH (merged with Daman and Diu)

Administrative changes:

• Added Ladakh as new union territory with code LA (carved out from Jammu and Kashmir in 2019)
• Updated Dadra and Nagar Haveli name to "Dadra and Nagar Haveli and Daman and Diu" (merged in 2020)
• Removed separate Daman and Diu entry (now merged with Dadra and Nagar Haveli)
