v0.3.1: Search Domain support

This is a small release that:

• Upgrades dependencies to recent versions (grpc mostly)
• Adds search domain support.

0.3.0: New dhcp library, better tests & performance

ldhcpd should now hand out previously-allocated IPs if there is no outstanding lease for the IP to clobber it.

We now use https://github.com/insomniacslk/dhcp to serve and test DHCP. This library is a little easier to use and happens to be faster to boot.
