This PR addresses long site titles.
You can already hint line breaks using <wbr> tags in your site's
titleconfiguration. But you wouldn't like this (or any other) tag to go into the <title> element: most desktop browsers would print out plain tags to the title bar of the window. The addition of strip_html filter removes any tags within <title> element.
