Stimulus delivery and fly tracking for optogenetic assay

This package generates and delivers stimuli to a video projector, while tracking flies from video input.

Installation

optogenetic-assay is a standalone package in Python 3. The code has been tested on Python 3.6.5. It is recommended to work within a conda environment and install the relevant packages there. These are:

  1. NumPy 1.13.1

  2. SciPy 0.19.1

  3. matplotlib 2.2.2

  4. psychopy 2020.2.4.post1 (must be installed via pip, not conda)

Psychopy will come with a bunch of dependencies.
