First update this yml, then env.yml
Overlapping dependencies are taken from my Windows setup with Python 3.9.13
Commented out most of the dependencies Left only what is immediately required
use keras version remove matplotlib-inline version
Use correct I0/Rg for SASDA92.dat
Rg = Rg*10, if nanometers use matplotlib-inline call to avoid warnings
Temporarily add piece of code for testing
Removed testing piece of code
Use tensorflow.keras.optimizers.Adam as simply optimizers.Adam caused errors for me (Python3.9.13/Keras2.8.0/Tensorflow2.8.0)

As 2.8.0 version of Tensorflow was not able to download,
use unspecified version of it (let the configuration to do this automatically)
