Emanuele Riontino

I began my training in wet-lab Biochemistry and Tissue Engineering, where I developed an appreciation for how dependent modern biology is on reliable computational infrastructure.

I am currently building foundations in bioinformatics, with a focus on reproducible pipeline engineering and RNA-seq workflow design.

What I’m Working On

  • Structured Bash-based workflows
  • Reproducible execution practices
  • Preparing to transition toward Nextflow
