This repository contains lecture materials for CS6823: Fundamentals of Machine Learning, a project-based course developed by Emily Bellis and taught at Arkansas State University in Summer 2020, Spring 2021, Fall 2022, and Spring 2023. Content and images for the lectures are based heavily on the course textbook, An Introduction to Statistical Learning, second edition by James, Witten, Hastie, and Tibshirani.
