Adds support for generating an output filepath based on timestamp.
Adds README entry for ‘%timestamp%’ as an option in the output_path.

Hope you would consider adding the following PR. It adds support for generating an output filepath based on timestamp. We run multiple invocations of this, in the future with a CI server, and it helps to be able to have a dynamic timestamp component as part of the output_path.
