Expand matching to msn.com/*, move to Nix

Matching msn.com/*/news/* is all fine and dandy but msn also serves articles
under arbitrary categories. I could maintain a matchlist... or I could
just match all things msn.com

Additionally, moved towards Nix managing most things dev side
