Combine #15 and #14 to one service. Stories about curriculum and feedback loops can be achieved be introducing interfaces for metadata sharing and analytics metrics collection. These can then further combined to form a coherent image how requirements in the curriculum are transforming to learning results. This of course needs deep analyzing of the data, but at least this makes all needed data available to the services which are doing the hard work.
