Adding my 2nd Homework Assignments to the Side branch vs. the master. Please give me a thumbs up if that solution works for you; then I will delete my pull request form the master.
For documentation, again the comment that I wrote when committing form the master branch:

"I have not been able to solve the last Covid-related problem in the non-durable consumption notebook. Also in that notebook the function values of the example code are at odds with your comments in there (see my email). Looking forward to see how you solved the Covid problem, as I failed to design actual shocks across a time frame, versus changing the standard deviation of shocks as we did before in the same notebook."
