The existing
AggShockConsumerType.ipynbis just a pile of code examples with no explanation. This PR splits it into separate notebooks forAggShockConsumerType,AggShockMarkovConsumerType, andKrusellSmithConsumerType.As of when I'm issuing the PR, only the first two are complete. The third is just some cut-paste code from the old notebook. This won't pass tests right now for all sorts of reasons, including having unlisted notebooks. Will fix.
