Replaced existing Jenkins pipeline for Sonar scans with a GitHub Actions workflow.
There currently is no need to publish SNAPSHOTS of the Java artifacts to a Maven repository on a nightly basis, as the Hono project does not have any consumers depending on such snapshots. Therefore, the nightly Jenkins job definition is obsolete and can be removed.
