Remove GraalVM native image support and dependencies

This commit removes GraalVM native image dependencies, plugins, and related configuration from all modules and the build process. The workflow now builds platform-specific executables using standard JRE distributions and warp-packer instead of GraalVM native image. Associated helper classes and features for native image support have also been deleted.
