• merge with develop is broken
• this script should consume a Perl easyconfig file and produce one with an updated exts_list (without duplicates in the entries)
• style issues in output:

@akesandgren This is probably broken beyond repair, but it could still serve as inspiration for a feature in eb to make it easier to update/create easyconfigs for bundles of Perl modules...
