Hi,
I've made a few small changes to my branch of your thumbulator project that alter the command line interface (adding a usage() function, and supporting a few options such as allowing the VCD file to be renamed) and added a static ram block based at 0x2000000 (Cortex-M4 memory model).
It looks like the thumbulator doesn't support thumb-2. I'm interested in the thumb-2 extensions, so will be adding that support. Please feel free to contact me if you're interested in these changes.
