Redesign picker button and some window margins
Added `create` permissions to the two folders used in dynamic background creation, as the Flatpak application could only read and write to them but not create them.

Extract about dialog code to a separate file so the app id and version could be inserted on build. That avoids the need for user intervention on version bumps.
