Summary

allow tests to override Pandora.CallRPC so the station refresh flow can be exercised without real network calls
add MSTest coverage that simulates async station list and metadata responses to confirm the UI publishes every station after awaits complete
hook the existing test project up to PandoraSharp and Newtonsoft.Json so the new scenarios can compile

Testing

dotnet test UnitTestProject1/BassAudioEngineTest.csproj (fails: dotnet not installed in container)
