package still broken
I added graphs that compared female and male prisons based on staff and design capacity. You can see a table with all unique female institutions and another table with all unique male institutions.
issue: keeps all plots from widget. Does not get rid of old plot when moving to next institution.
-added vertical line to widget - labeled widget -made stacked bar chart - tried to make a widget for the bar chart -issue: Widget Javascript not detected. It may not be installed or enabled properly.
I deleted some old plots, but I still need to reoragnize the existing plots.
Adding to the existing code to make it more readable.
