Large release of DrMVC with multiple updates:

• Migration fo PSR-4
• New modular concept
• Old classes have been removed
• Database now external class
• Helpers collections is external classes

• New workmode "json" in Helpers::cleaner
• New class QveriBilder - simple (and stupid:) SQL query generator
• Correction of some errors, because of which were redundant messages in the log

• View::render is now a public method and should be called $this->view->render();
• $this->view->data variable available from templates space
• New version of boostrap and jquery into bower.json
