Lepton EDA roadmap

This is a rough roadmap of objectives for lepton development.

New stable release

Before a stable release, I (@vzh) would want the following things to have been done:

• Finish renaming of the tools and main functions in the repository.

This is very important and should be enough to release 1.10.

• Finish refactoring of the configuration system (I would very appreciate any help on this).
• Add John Doty's spice-noqsi backend to the repo (and probably gnet-makefile).
• Finish refactoring of lepton-netlist (requires much testing).

These three are, IMO, enough to release 2.0.
