CoCoIRC v1.0

This is the first version of CoCoIRC that I consider to "stable" and so i'm relleasing it as 1.0. There are also additional features and functions in this version such as support for NickServ. Also, the config file format has been expanded to allow things like saving NickServ passwords for auto-login upon connect.
