Javascript Tests, UMD & Node Packaging, and pretty docs

I wrote code/documentation/tests/demos for all the issues put in the queue except making a cool demo. That is next on my list!

I also prettified the documentation (while documenting the additions,) so now github shows a nicer landing page.

I moved stuff around a bit, so it's neater, and easier to find what you are looking for, and will fit into npm-installs better.

Have a look at my fork for an idea of how it all goes together.

If you accept these changes, then I'd like to publish form your repo to npm, so anyone can install the lib.
