This PR Removes official Support for versions of Elasticsearch below 6.0 and updates our specs to succeed against the most recent version of elasticsearch 6.6.1.

  1. Asserting the exact structure of our search response is updated to do a loser comparrison. This response from Elasticsearch 6+
    returns a seq_no and primary_term
  2. Remove spec asserting the functionality of MultiType indexes
