Lighthouse.ai is a full-stack Python and React application built for the UCL AI society Hackathon. It detects abnormal drops in team productivity and automatically investigates the root cause using agentic AI reasoning across tools like GitHub, Slack, and calendars. It then plans and tracks targeted interventions, learning from each outcome to improve future decisions.
