  1. Getting the latest debootstrap.deb file by changing head to tail
  2. Remove the old downloaded debootstrap.deb and extracted data.tar.gz file, just in case the user ran old version of script, which getting the old version of debootstrap.deb, but the wget fails to overwrite the debootstrap.deb file
