To generate an ID card, users need to provide the following information:

• Date of Birth: Provide your date of birth in the format (dd-mm-yyyy).
• Blood Group: Specify your blood group.
• Roll Number: Enter your roll number.
• Branch: Enter your department (eg: CSE(DS) ).
• Year of Joining: Enter the year you started.
• Email: Provide your email address.
• Address: Enter your house number, street name, and village/city.
• Upload Photo: Upload a personal photo for the ID card.
