Code Review
This pull request aims to enable the system tray feature for the bullseye-amd64 Docker build by removing the no_tray build tag. While this correctly enables the tray feature compilation, the change is incomplete as it omits the necessary system dependencies required for the tray to function on Linux. This will lead to runtime errors when the application is started with tray support. I've added a critical comment to address this by suggesting the installation of the required libraries in the Dockerfile.

I tested it on a Bookworm server and it worked but I didn't have a Bullseye server so couldn't test it there. @dominicletz can you try that?
