Rather than just show internal MPM on radios with HARDWARE_EXTERNAL_ACCESS_MOD, show for all radios where present. And also show for external MPM if present.

Please compile firmware 2.3.12 or newer for BetaFPV LiteRadio 2 with support SD and SSD1306 display so we can use ELRS.
