- Upgraded Go version from 1.18 to 1.24 to upgrade vulnerable packages
- Upgraded all packages
- Require VirtualBox 7.1 as older versions are not supported
Probably the 1.21 would be sufficient, but 1.24 is the safest bet.

Dependabot has found some vulnerable packages. Updated all packages.
