Release v3.2.2
This release combines the latest H-Series Standard Configuration files with the latest releases of:
- Diabase H-Series Web Control (v3.2.2)
- Diabase H-Series Pendant Firmware (v3.2.6+1)
- Duet3D RepRap Firmware (v3.2.2)
Upgrade Instructions (RepRap Firmware 3.0 or Later)
CAUTION: Please do not upgrade without first consulting Diabase Support!
- Backup your existing configuration. This is step is required for the upgrade and not merely precautionary. You will need to manually update your new configuration files with specific values from your existing configuration files.
1.1. Via the H-Series web interface, navigate to Files > System
1.2 Select all files in the system directory by clicking the file selection checkbox to the left of Filename
1.3. Right-click one of the files in the list and choose the "Download as ZIP" option
1.4. Open the downloaded zip file and confirm it contains the contents of your System directory - Upload HSeriesConfiguration-v3.2.2.zip
2.1. Click "Upload System Files" and select the downloaded HSeriesConfiguration-v3.2.2.zip file
2.2. Decline any offers to restart the board or install uploaded updates. - Upgrade the RepRap Firmware
3.1. Via the H-Series web interface, navigate to Control > Console.
3.2. If upgrading an ethernet-equipped machine, proceed directly to step 3.5
3.3. If upgrading a Wi-Fi-equipped machine, enter "M997 S1" in the "Send code..." field and click the SEND button. This command will update the Wi-Fi firmware.
3.4. Wait a few moments for the Wi-Fi firmware update process to complete.
3.5. Enter "M997 S0" in the "Send code..." field and click the SEND button. This command will update the machine firmware.
3.6. Wait a few moments for the machine firmware update process to complete.
3.7. Refresh your browser.
3.8. Via the H-Series web interface, navigate to Settings > General to confirm that version 3.2.2 of Duet Web Control HSeries is now running. - Upgrade the Pendant Firmware
4.1. Via the H-Series web interface, return to to Control > Console.
4.2. Enter "M997 S4" in the "Send code..." field and click the SEND button. This command will update the pendant firmware.
4.3 Wait a few moments for the firmware update process to complete.
4.4 On the pendant, select "Panel" > "Setup" and locate the baud setting in the upper left corner.
4.5 Tap on the current baud setting and choose "115200" from the resulting options.
4.6 Restart the control board by pressing the reset button on the PCBA or power cycling the machine.
