This is my solution for the IDL Programming Challenge. I have implemented the pmp_checker.py script that checks the access permissions for the given physical address based on the provided PMP configuration file. Below are the steps and outputs:

Steps to Run the Program:

Clone the repository:

• git clone https://github.com/Hafsa-shoaib989/idl-programming-challenge.git
• Navigate to the submissions/Hafsa-shoaib989 directory:
  cd idl-programming-challenge/submissions/Hafsa-shoaib989
• Run the Python script with the appropriate arguments:
  python3 pmp_checker.py pmp_configuration.txt 0xdeadbeef M R

Output:

Details:

• pmp_configuration.txt: This file contains 128 lines of PMP configuration.
• pmp_checker.py: This script checks if a specific address is allowed access based on the provided PMP configuration, taking into account the mode and operation type.
