Ichabod - A Headless Distributed System

This system is designed to disseminate jobs based on load averages of nodes. For now the system is best suited for local/virtual networks and there are many many features that need to be added later for this be a competent piece of usable software for people other than me and my advisor.

Features to be added:
1. web based front end and submission system
2. ability to add and remove nodes from the network
3. lamport logical clock
4. unique has ID for nodes
5. package Ichabod as a daemon process or something that can be started without root acceess
