Development roadmap

Requirements:

Complete / Incomplete for data entry forms
Validation in data entry forms (based on validation rules)
Indicator calculations in data entry forms
Comments for data values
Support of coordinate value type
Data set attributes:
- Category options should be filtered out based on selected period and start / end dates of category options
Greyed out fields should be hidden
