This PR contains the artifacts for the updated contracts in Kovan, which include Centrifuge's token in the ERC721 registry, and laxer parameters for the multi-sig wallet.
However, there were some issued during deployment, and the result is that we still have a list of erc20 tokens to add to the kovan ERC20 registry. So that's next to do before we merge this.
