I have no concerns with this proposal, and I'm happy to merge it. But since you're here and interested in this extension, would you also be up for converting it to markdown as well? We could do that before or after we merge this in. Thanks for the patch! |

We want to be able to communicate a temporal constraint in the form of a period of time in which the maximum period between the start and end dates are restricted. We've updated the CEOS OpenSearch best practices document to reflect the changes made in this PR, and v1.3 of that document is currently in draft form and is being finalized. Some of these changes are just whitespace changes made by the editor. Those can be removed if required.
