Added coverage report.
Added a function in pipeline_generator.lib that automatically adds the necessary jacoco plugin dependencies to the pom.xml of the project if is a quarkus project, so the user doesn't have to.
The function is called from .pipeline_generator.sh when is called but I only added this function for the azure devops script. It needs to be added to the github and gcloud.
