- Added StorageFile and related support code
- notification task results now include canRunNextCheckpoint to attempt to run the next checkpoint immediately - updated Firebase storage metadata setting, and tests - added Firebase storage setMetadata() function and tests
- updated demo to show determinate loading progress on dbx-loading and dbx-button
- added queryAndFlagStorageFilesForDelete() - previous avatars are now flagged for deletion when a new one is uploaded
