Controllable 0.25.7 with Controller Index (PR #576)

 reAdded Controller Index feature from PR [#576](https://github.com/MrCrayfish/Controllable/pull/576): from [ArnoldSmith86](https://github.com/ArnoldSmith86) for 1.21.11
 - New "Controller Index" setting (-1 for first available, 0+ for specific controller)
 - Allows auto-connecting to a specific controller when multiple are connected
 
 Based on MrCrayfish's Controllable v0.25.7 for Minecraft 1.21.11
 
 just tested fabric version and it works.
