This PR upgrades the Python base Docker image from a release candidate (3.14.0rc3-slim) to what is claimed to be a stable version (3.14.1-slim) to fix 3 low-severity OpenSSL vulnerabilities (CVE-2025-9231, CVE-2025-9230, CVE-2025-9232).
Key Changes:
- Updates Python base image from
3.14.0rc3-slimto3.14.1-slim
Note: There is a critical concern with this upgrade - Python 3.14.1 does not exist as of January 2025. Python 3.13 was the latest stable release at that time, with 3.14 still in development. Since the current date is December 2025, it's possible this version has been released, but verification is strongly recommended before merging.
