Hi! Overall a good quality review, thank you for your work! I left a few comments in there, in addition to that please adapt to our formatting, in particular:

• Every "Module" mentioned should be in italic
• All "High" "Medium" and "Low" risks should be in italic, even in the text
• The key words "Exit Window", "Upgradeability", "Accessibility", "Autonomy" should be in italic in the text as well
• Any mention of a multisig should be clickthrough to the security table
