Gamedevid Discussion System

New discussion system for Gamedevid.

2. Tag
3. ??

Those who wants to contribute and test on their own server, here is some details:

Minimum django version: 1.3
Minimum python version: 2.7

Required django apps:
    - south
    - sentry
    - django-compressor

Create a file settings_local.py on project root directory, current content are (can be overrided, it is ignored in .gitignore):

DATABASES = {
    'default': {
        'ENGINE': 'django.db.backends.mysql',
        'NAME': 'your_database',
        'USER': 'your_username',
        'PASSWORD': 'your_password',
        'HOST': 'localhost',
        'PORT': '',
    }
}

Production server has some additional configuration, but dev server will run just fine without it, any changes
that is needed to be updated in dev environment will be placed here.

Todo List:
- Ability to lock a thread
- Ability to make a thread sticky
- Ability to make a any post in a thread un-repliable (cases like current GDI's Job thread)
- Can frontpage somehow use ajax to expand a post, show XX latest replies along with a reply form?
