how works?

• User submits a request for a token swap (or tx) through api.decent.xyz
• call submitted through UTB, which will swap to native/weth on src (unless v specific reason otherwise, i.e. custom filler that is only handling USDC on obscure chain)
• utb triggers function open(OnchainCrossChainOrder calldata order) external; call

Foundry

Foundry is a blazing fast, portable and modular toolkit for Ethereum application development written in Rust.
