This PR will add an option to set a custom symbol prefix. This could be useful to allow imgui related projects (i.e. https://github.com/andyborrell/imgui_tex_inspect) to also use their own loader similar to imgui without symbol conflicts.
Further I have cherry picked a commit from the upstream gl3w repo to fix a download error.
