Added files necessary to create docker image
Dockerfile now runs in accordance with sprint1 project structure
- Improved Docker files in hopes of later readaptation - Altered app.py to render the tables on run and specify local run port - Added Requirements for mac specific as requirements_mac.txt and specific windows requirements page through rename
- Added functionality to fitness log. - Created survey form. - Display workout goals on main page. - Created separate folders for js scripts and css files.
