Version to accompany release of QFS Manuscript

This version enables fallbacks to (partially) remove the pybie2d dependency, to better accompany a persistent release associated with our manuscript "Quadrature by fundamental solutions: kernel-independent layer potential evaluation for large collections of simple objects"

v0.1-alpha

This release is the original version, including both the old (direct) implementation in two_d_qfs and the newer version in _two_d_qfs, with kernel-specific versions in, e.g Laplace_QFS. This release is being made primarily to keep the older two_d_qfs case easily accessible, as it will be removed in future releases.
