Hi,
this is Russian translation, as nobody came up with it at bounty thread.
It's shouldn't be perfect, cause some functionality wasn't working at my machine. But comparing to many other Russian-translated websites I've seen, it seems to be decent, so I can polish it if you get it running at production.
Also, when I've already finished it I stumbled upon "russian" gem, which contains default.yml translation (done slightly another way and having improved plural numbers handling). It might be a good idea to add it as a dependency.
Also, links in menu tend to reset the locale back to default English.
What do you think?

please pull, I believe it's better than nothing anyway, and I'm going to do some account cleanup, which this project probably won't survive :)
