Decrease RAM Usage and index load and build times with Marisa Trie + Speed, Concurrency, and Unit Tests

• Replaces the two dictionary with Marisa Trie
• Removes all pickling and boxing (very time consuming) and replaces with ujson
• Uses a raw dictionary rather than the Match class (pretty print function is in Index class)
