This PR enables secure TLS communication between Envoy Gateway and the GraphQL Gateway backend, and adjusts health check timeouts to accommodate application startup time.
It also allows the gateway to be reached internally at https://graphql-gateway.graphql-gateway.svc.cluster.local:4000, enabling secure inter-service communication.
