• usa il download diretto http_file dal CSV pubblico INPS (dataset_6002.csv)
• prepara README.md, notes.md, dataset.yml, sql/clean.sql e sql/mart.sql
• verifica effective_root ed esegue il candidate end-to-end sullo snapshot 2024
• aggiunge un notebook v0 esplorativo minimo per la prima lettura del mart

• verificare se le classi di importo restano semanticamente stabili lungo tutta la serie
• mantenere distinto il perimetro rispetto a pensioni-pa-dag
